Something is happening in largely relied payment services that are making things hard on certain services and adult game devs have taken a hit as part of it. Devs are having issues getting paid.
ngl it feels like this game just died, 8 months of no update at all, either theres gonna be a HUGE update or this game is just dead, there not even a notice of saying that you are or arent working on it...
If you'll look on the announcements and the attached dates, you'll notice this isn't the first time this dev does this; the game's seemingly been dead for a whole year only for an update to suddenly appear out of nowhere. It's actually this exact pattern that's been going for the last several updates now, at least since 0.19. So if three's a pattern, then this is just indication that an update is coming sometime in the next 3-4 months.
Lit nearly 1 year between updates for few scenes is crazy. I liked the story and was here for almost 3 years but cmon... Few Koikatsu generated Scenes, 4h of writing...done. Thats your update after 216+ Days.

If you did a three type update it would take care of a lot of issues for the devs and fans. What I mean by three type is dividing a full update into three releases. First, you release a update to expand the map like you love to do, second, you release a update to add the new main character content, and last, you release a third update to add side and minor character content. It would be like Mythic Manor 0.22.1, Mythic Manor 0.22.2, Mythic Manor 0.23.0
Jikei and Reiralie, you could hire other people to help you work on this game. The adult game dev I work for updates their game once a week without fail, has four constant workers and takes scene requests (within reason) every month. They also listen to the community for ideas and just to communicate with fans. Because I liked a devs game I got in touch with them and now I work on mobile testing for the mobile version. I also am providing scripts for them on another project. My point is, if the game is taking this long then maybe get another employee. It's obvious that this just has a slow, erratic pace of development; and can go more than a year between updates.
In short, it will come out when it comes out.
